There are many things that I love.
My goal is excellence, not perfection.
I know when I've done a good job.
I know the lessons I must learn during my life.
Sometimes a baby step is the best progress I can make.
I do not use blame and guilt as excuses for avoiding the important issues.
The qualities I look for in a mate are a reflection of what I think of myself.
I solve my problems the way I untangle a knot in my necklace.
I remember to breathe.
At this moment, my life is good.
Most people would rather like me than not.
I ask for what I want.
When I look in the mirror, I see the face of God.
I focus my full attention on one thing at a time.
Growing up is not easy, but every day I grow.
I take good care of me.
I no longer hold others responsible for my happiness.
I chose my birth family to learn some important life lessons.
I don't have to wait to make good choices.
The way I love myself is an example of the way I want others to love me.
Every day I do something to make a difference.
I retreat often to the space where peace resides within me.
I am grateful for many things.
I am perfectly me.
I am clear about my boundaries.
When I am depressed, I call on my real friends.
I will work to get the material things I want.
I ask for help when I need it.
I share my gifts with others.
I know what I want from my life.
I always have a choice.
I reward myself.
Failure is a sign that I have chosen to grow.
When I know I have chosen the wrong path, I turn around.
Sometimes I go away to talk with myself.
I celebrate my life.
I know who I am.
I respect the boundaries of others.
It is better to have nothing than to be stuck with an inferior something.
My true friends love me just the way I am.
My life is good today; in three years, my life will be even better.
I can have everything I want in life; I just can't have it all at once.
I trust my intuition.
It only hurts until I get the point.
I prepare for each journey with my destination in mind.
I breathe out the inhibitions that stifle me; I breathe in love.
Right now, there is joy in my life.
I support and nurture myself.
I am clear about what I want.
My relationship with my mate is a partnership.
If I want to change my life, I must change my mind.
I forgive myself.
My gentleness is a sign of my strength.
As long as I live, I will continue to learn.
I walk on two paths, inward and upward.
I create spaces, and I go to places where I can be my best self.
I love myself even when I think others don't.
I defend my boundaries from those who would hurt me.
Sometimes the best thing I can do is listen.
I know the difference between a hope and a plan.
The person I can always count on is me.
If I can ask the question, I can find the answer.
I stay present in the moment.
The path of my journey is not always straight.
When I get stressed, I breathe deeply.
The most important relationship I have is with myself.
I can give gifts that mean a lot and cost very little.
I visualize my future.
I express my anger in healthy ways.
I am a gracious receiver.
I learn from each failure.
I focus on the journey, as well as the destination.
I am talented and gifted.
I admit when I blow it.
I name my fears and face them.
I am peace.
My beauty is not skin deep.
When I am hurt, I say, "Ouch."
When I am still, I hear the voice of God.
I will make a difference today.
I say "No" when I mean it.
My tears reflect the truth I know.
Sometimes I give myself flowers.
I treat myself as a dear and beloved friend.
The key to my success is knowing when to...
There is goodness within me.
My circle of friends support me in being my best self.
My body is beautiful just the way it is.
When I hurt someone, I make amends.
I give myself unconditional love.
I do not sit waiting to be chosen; I go out and choose.
I resist most what I need most.
I create a life that works for me.
The work I do presents me with lessons I need to learn.
I don't push the river; I let it flow.
