It's the end of the year already, and it's been a busy one for us. Mark had one surgery, I had two; not the year we thought we'd be having after back surgery and heart surgery the year before! The good news is we're both still standing, and we sold our home in San Ramon and moved to Salem, Oregon. We bought a great house, moved in a couple of weeks ago and are busy unpacking. It's like Christmas opening all the boxes. Each one is a surprise. It's fun!

May Christmas and the new year hold many surprises for you and yours and may each smile given or received, brighten your day.

Let the rain come and wash away the ancient grudges, the bitter hatreds held and nurtured over generations.
