Pumpkin Bread
It just wouldn't be the holidays without pumpkin bread!

Blend:
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 large can pumpkin
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil (or canola)
4 1/2 cups sugar

Sift into above mixture:
5 1/4 cups flour
2 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
4 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ginger
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Optional:
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Pecans
or Chocolate Chips

Grease and flour 3 or 4 loaf pans

Bake at 350 for about one hour for metal pans...longer if the pans are
large...325 for glass pans

Bread is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Easy, huh?
