Ham Loaf
A recipe from Theresa Benson (not related to Nancy)

1 pound of ham loaf (2 parts ground ham, 1 part ground pork)
1 egg
1 half a pack of crmbled crackers
1 tabespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup milk

Mix up the ingredients, then form as a meatloaf or meatballs or 4 to 5 small loaves.

Mix the topping and pour over the loaf/loaves:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
Dash of mustard powder
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of white vinegar

Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Periodically baste the liquid topping over the loaves.
For an added touch, put chunks of pineapple over the loaves as they bake.
